How does verification during registration work?Registration and a verification photo
The standard provider registration process includes these steps:
Fill out the registration form
Submit photo verification
Fill out the profile
A verification photo is part of registration. It does not mean that every profile detail is continuously checked, or guarantee any future experience. You can report a discrepancy to support.

How can I report a profile or get help with my account?Send support a specific link and description
To report an incorrect detail or request content removal, send the profile or page link and describe the issue. For help with your own account, contact support from the email address used for registration. You can also use the Forgot password form on the login page to recover access.

What is a provider account?Publish your services on Hottle
A provider account lets you publish your services on Hottle with full Premium access applied automatically and free of charge.
What is a client account?Join the community
Clients can save their favourite providers, leave reviews, and create discussions and comments.

How do I create a provider account?Sign Up - Verify - Fill out the profile
1. Create an account by filling out the form here
2. Go to your email inbox and open the message from us, then click on the verification link.
3. Upload a photo for verification as we describe on the given page and click send, then wait for an email where we inform you about the verification status
4. If you received an email that your verification was successful, you can log in here to your account otherwise try to send a new photo by clicking on the link in the email.
5. When you log in, go to your account page (in the navigation) and follow the instructions to fill out your profile.
6. After you have filled in the necessary information, we will check it and activate your profile.
How does full access work?Premium is automatic and free
Every provider receives full Premium access automatically. No payment, plan selection or activation is required. Learn more here

With a client account you can write reviews, create discussions , write comments and save your favorite providers.
